About
Over the past decade I have directed teams and worked with C level executives to deliver engineering projects for iHeart Radio, NASA, military training, and large scale immersive VR companies.
I am an XR developer, feature filmmaker, and sound designer, whose curiosity as a musician and darkroom photographer evolved into a career of scientific and artistic exploration.
In 2012 I designed and constructed IHeart Radio's Total Traffic & Weather Network (San Francisco), as well as the VIP Performance Lounge, where I personally engineered 50+ live radio events with A-list performing artists such as Ed Sheeran, Selena Gomez, Arianna Grande, John Legend, E-40, and many more.
Upon departure from the radio world, I received a research grant to manage the NASA Ames extremophile laboratory, and direct bio-engineering experiments, refine protocols, and performed lab procedures to collect, analyze, and present data at conferences.
In 2018 I served as the director of engineering & experiential design at Nomadic VR, where the team and I developed a highly immersive fully tactile VR platform. Together we designed bespoke experiences with partners such as Disney's ILM, Area 15, Simon Malls, and successfully deployed locations domestically and internationally.
In 2020 Covid 19 shutdown Nomadic VR and halted my working world. During this experience of great loss I seized the opportunity to create something during quarantine, thus producing, directing, editing, and sound designing the feature length movie, Rex Bixby based on my experience as an unemployed virtual reality developer navigating the pandemic.
In 2022 I founded the Terrafuse Collective, an XR technology & media production company, specializing in creating highly immersive experiences.
In 2023 I began co-operating Venus & Victory art collective and gallery located in San Francisco.
Currently I am leading the Electrical Engineering Team at Brillouin Energy to achieve their latest phase in product development.
